Once your session is booked, we’ll have a consultation to get a clear understanding of your vision and preferences. The photo shoot itself is relaxed and tailored to make you feel at ease, while capturing images that truly reflect your needs.”
After the photo shoot, a link to a gallery with all the images will be provided. The option is to select your favourite photos for editing there, or the choice can be left entirely to us. Once the selection is made, the post-production process begins, ensuring each photo is professionally polished.
When the edits are complete, the client will be invited to approve the final images. Any necessary adjustments will be made with care until everything meets expectations. After final approval, the images will be prepared for delivery.
Photos are typically delivered in JPEG format, but we also offer WebP upon request.
*WebP is ideal for websites due to its smaller file size while maintaining excellent image quality, helping your site load faster without compromising on visual appeal. High-resolution files for printing are included to ensure maximum flexibility for future use.
This means that each selected image is carefully enhanced for optimal quality. We adjust lighting & colour balance and remove any distracting elements to make sure the image looks professional and polished.
We provide images in high-resolution formats suitable for print (300 dpi) as well as optimized web formats (JPEG and WEBP). Our web formats are optimized to ensure minimal file sizes, following SEO best practices, with a maximum size of 500KB per image. If you require additional formats tailored for specific social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn, please let us know in advance and specify how the images will be used. This will allow us to deliver the precise dimensions you need.
Please note that social media platform requirements for image formats can change annually. Therefore, we typically supply standard print and web versions, which should meet most needs. However, if specific aspect ratios such as 1:1 (square – min 1080×1080), 4:5 (vertical – min 1080×1350), 2:3 (portrait – min 800×1200), 9:16 (IG, FB – stories min 1080×1920), 16:9 (widescreen) or 1.91:1 (landscape min 1200×628 – FB, IG – Ads) are required, please inform us during the process.
