We had the pleasure of experiencing the first birthday celebration of Maximilian, the beloved son of our good friends Erik and Mayra. Erik, a proud Slovak father, and Mayra, a kind Mexican mother, hosted the party in a picturesque park in Kitsilano, Vancouver, on the very edge of summer.
It was a hot day with the sun shining brightly overhead and a clear blue sky. We sang “Modrá je dobrá” by Žlutý Pes, a familiar tune to many of us. The picnic took place under a majestic tree with a large canopy that provided shelter from the heat. The children of other parents enjoyed various activities, including face-painting workshops. Maximilian received a beautiful cake, and there were goodie bags for the kids to take home.
We did many wonderful photos, ensuring we captured a few group shots to remember the day. It was a joyful occasion filled with laughter and fun, celebrating under the summer sky.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
• Travel fees apply for locations outside Vancouver.
